At Inverness Taxis, our highest priority is everyone’s safety including all customers, drivers and other members of staff. At the same time, we believe in and recognize the power of travel. Despite all challenges imposed by coronavirus (COVID-19), now declared a global pandemic, many of us will still have to continue to attend medical appointments, provide support other people, deliver food etc. that’s why we wanted to let you know about what we are doing.
Staying Informed and Healthy
First and foremost we are closely monitoring the situation and guidance from NHS https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ and the World Health Organization (WHO)
No matter where you live, and whether you are traveling or not, it’s imperative to remember: Wash your hands frequently with soap and/or alcohol-based sanitizers; avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; cover your mouth or nose when you sneeze or cough; and maintain distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Protecting Our Customers
For those traveling now and with regular travel needs, our teams are working around the clock to provide everyone with the support and safety of travel they need.
We have now partnered up with a specialist company division providing disinfection and decontamination services to all our vehicles and offices to make sure all vehicles are 99.99% free of viruses and bacteria.
This specialist and regular treatment will provide a safer environment for those who must travel regardless.
We also monitor the health condition of all our driver and staff and put in place a number of measures to protect the safety and health of all.
We will keep our service users and staff fully updated.
Thank you for your support and patience as we work hard to manage this developing situation which is and will be challenging for all of us.
