Shortbread Showdown 2025
Returning for its third year, the Shortbread Showdown is a beloved competition celebrating Scotland’s iconic treat. Bakers from the Highlands will present their finest shortbread creations, vying for the coveted title of best bake.
- Grand Final: Saturday, 8th March, 10 am – 2 pm

Attendees can sample a variety of shortbreads, cast their votes in the public poll, and join expert judges in crowning the overall winner. It’s a delightful experience for all ages.
Taste of Inverness
